Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a bodywork modality that is intended for focal areas concerning specific pain, tension, or tightness in the body.
Swedish Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to relieve increased tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to address muscle and fascial adhesions, while increasing circulation. This modality helps to increase range of motion and assists in the healing process.
All of the above services (Therapeutic, Swedish, or Deep Tissue Massage) are the same price. The cost of an appointment is determined by the length of the appointment.
